Unless otherwise stated, we aim to despatch goods within 7 working days, but on occasion during busy periods, this may take longer (Not applicable to servicing turnround time)
Our shipping for servicing and most items is free, However, some items will incurr shipping cost. In these cases, our shipping system calculates the weight of the items purchased and applies the relevant cost for the shipping services available. It automatically selects the lowest cost option, but offers alternative services you may select. Any error in postage costs that causes an overpayment by you will be rectified as soon as possible. Likewise, if there is an error where there is an undercharge for the service selected, we will use the next lower priced suitable service. Heavy items will be shipped by ParcelForce Services.
All Free Shipping offers will be sent by a service of our discretion, by the most economical method avaialble, and are not time based services. If your purchase qualifies for free shipping but you require it to be delivered within a given time frame (not applicable to servicing), you must select a paid for service of your choice during checkout. All deliveries will be carried out under the relevant carrier's terms and conditions and delivery times. If delivery cannot be made or is refused and goods are returned to us, we will recover the cost of such return incurred by us from you, the customer.
